2.3. Users can spend AFR by withdrawing it into a bank account or mobile account in the at currency of their choice, oering exibility and convenience in nancial transactions

2.4. Additionally, users may send AFR from their wallet to another User's AFR wallet, enabling seamless transactions and transfers between individuals.
