These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern your use of the AfriOne mobile and web application (collectively, the "App") and related services provided by Mansu Ltd. By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with this Agreement. Please read this Agreement carefully before using the App.

2. AfriOne Wallet

2.1. AfriOne is a technology startup in partnership with licensed partners such as KYC providers, Bill Payment providers and payment gateways. We have built a revolutionary app that allows our users (Nigeria only) to fund their account with Naira. This deposit is backed by physical gold hence helping users hedge their income against inflation.

2.2. Users can fund their AfriOne wallet with Naira, and these funds represent their USD position with us. Deposits are securely managed through our licensed partners and payment gateways, ensuring seamless transactions.

2.3. Users can withdraw to a local bank account at any time, with liquidity supported by our partnerships with KoraPay (Wema Bank) and HabariPay (GT Bank).

2.4. AfriOne enables instant peer-to-peer transfers, allowing users to send money seamlessly to other AfriOne users.

2.5. Users can pay bills such as electricity, internet, and more, as well as to purchase gift cards for top brands through direct integrations with Reloadly and Nomiworld.

2.6. Users can also buy USD virtual cards (Visa or MasterCard) using their wallet balance for online shopping and subscription payments, supported by our integration with Maplerad.

3. User Eligibility

3.1. Users must be at least 18 years old to use the App and participate in services, ensuring compliance with legal reuirements and regulations.

3.2. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement and agree to abide by its terms, fostering a trustworthy and responsible user community.

4. Giftcard

4.1. Users can buy gift cards from renowned International brands at a discount.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. All intellectual property rights in the App and the AfriOne website belong to Mansu Ltd. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the App without our prior written consent, safeguarding our proprietary rights and ensuring fair use of our intellectual property.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. Afrione shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App or the website. By using the App, users agree to assume any associated risks and responsibilities

8. Governing Law

8.1. is Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nigeria, providing clarity and consistency in legal matters.

9. Changes to Agreement

9.1. Afrione reserves the right to update or modify this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Changes to the Agreement will be effective upon posting to the App. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement, ensuring transparency and compliance with evolving legal requirements.
